Dal al-Hilal, the house of culture and enlightenment… witness to the cultural aspects of Egyptian-Bahraini relations

A writer and journalist from Egypt, Magdy Sabla currently serves as the Chairman of the Dar Al-Hilal Foundation, the oldest cultural press institution in Egypt and the wider Arab world, having been founded back in 1892. Mr. Sabla also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Al-Musawwar magazine, published by Dar Al-Hilal for the first time in 1924, and has a keen interest in heritage, as well as economic and social aspects that the Arab world and Egypt are currently experiencing.
