Race Overview

• Swim:
  The race kicks off from the shores of Reef Island with a 1.9 km (1.2 mile) swim where athletes will navigate an exciting rectangular course, featuring a series of left turns that will lead them to the lagoon’s edge, a point from where they’ll transition to the cycling segment.

• Bike:
  The cycling leg is a 90 km (56.1 mile) journey with breathtaking views around the beautiful island of Bahrain. Starting from the transition area on Reef Island, participants will pedal past iconic landmarks like the World Trade Centre and the Bahrain International Circuit, before returning to the island to complete the loop.

• Run:
  The final leg of the challenge is a 21.1 km (13.1 mile) run, set over four loops. The course begins at Reef Island and extends toward the Financial Harbour, providing an exhilarating route where spectators can cheer athletes all the way to the finish line, amplifying the electrifying atmosphere of the event.
