Bahrain is gearing up to host the 24th Arab Bodybuilding Championship for Men on December 5 and 6 at Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Hall in the University of Bahrain premises in Sakhir.

The event will also feature bodybuilding and physique competitions for juniors (16-23 years) and master body building and physique contest for those over the age of 40 years.

The event also includes separate competitions for men’s physique, classic physique, muscular men's physique and men's classic bodybuilding.

The event follows the Kingdom’s successful staging of West Asian and Gulf events last year.
