Dr. Mubarak Rabie, a distinguished writer and academic from Morocco, and Professor Emeritus at Mohammed V University, has published several academic studies in the field of education, and published a number of stories and novels, in children’s literature. He has also won literary awards in Morocco and abroad. In his lecture, Dr. Mubarak deals with the expansion of the fields of culture and its concept today, in relation to the radical transformations that the global map is witnessing at all levels, and the remedies to this huge gap between Arab cultures and their Western counterparts that require determination and will to overcome.
