In collaboration with the Japanese Embassy and Japan Foundation, The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities presents “Variation and Autonomy: The Prints of Contemporary Japanese Painters”, which introduces the work of ten artists who explore a wide range of possibilities through prints and expand the range of expression in contemporary art using the print medium during the 1970s. The exhibition features Yayoi Kusama, Masanari Murai, Hitoshi Nakazato, and several others.

The exhibition will be held at Bahrain National Museum from September 1st until September 30th, 2022.
